Our improved Instant Search has just launched. We now include location maps and you can search any type of property.
The Deeds Office is responsible for the registration, management and maintenance of the property registry of South Africa. To obtain a copy of a deed or document you can either go to one of the 11 Deeds Offices (depending on where the property is registered) OR log a request on our website at www.deedsoffice.online and get it delivered electronically.
It is important to note that the Deeds Office only keeps copies of registration documents and marriage contracts. Original Title Deeds are either kept by the owner if paid off or by the bank if bonded. The same goes for Marriage Contracts (ANC).
Paying with a Card is quick and easy. We use Yoco as our payment provider. They are a reputable payment gateway and are linked to all the major banks in South Africa.
Use this option if you prefer to use EFT as a payment method. We will email you our banking details with a unique reference number. Once the funds have cleared our account or we have received Proof of Payment we will process your request.
